Introduction

The admin page can be reached by connecting to one of the externally available IP addresses of the cabinet, either by WiFi or ethernet. The URL is http://«IP address»:5000/admin.html. From there several settings can be made.

This shows the current status of the cabinet. This information is updated every five seconds:

Configuration

The configuration screen has three subscreens: Cabinet Settings, Network Settings and PIN.

• Cabinet Settings: this allows the user to set the name and plank / section layout.

• Network Settings: this allows the user to set the interface (ethernet of WiFi), the WiFi SSID and key (if applicable) and IP settings: whether to use DHCP or a fixed IP address.

• PIN: this allows the user to change the PIN (default 111111).

Test

The test screen can be used to test tags by setting number and color either by section, or by tag ID. There is also a light test to switch on all tags.

Demo

The Demo screen can be used to run some demos, with no barcode needed. Also there is a “Random Pick” demo. You can also set the demo scanner’s serial number here.
